Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU), a State Private University, is located at Guwahati, Assam. Assam Don Bosco University is one of the very illustrious catholic research university of Assam state, India. It is privately owned non-profit and co-educational university. The establishment of it took place on March 29, 2008, by the Salesians and executive of Don Bosco Society and created under the Assam Private Universities Act 2007. Assam Don Bosco University B.Tech and B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission 2019

The university offers B. Tech in five specializations and lateral entry to B.Tech. The minimum eligibility for B. Tech is to be pass 12th (10+2) examination with at least 45% aggregate marks and Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects. For B. Tech lateral entry, Students have to be diploma or B.Sc. Degree holders in relevant field from an AICTE approved university.

The selection of Students in first-year B.Tech is based on the merit in the qualifying examination and entrance test i.e. JEE Main/state entrance test/Don Bosco University Graduate Entrance Test. Admission to second-year B.Tech will be based on Student’s performance in Don Bosco University Graduate Entrance Test (DBU-GET).

Assam Don Bosco University BCA, BA and B.Com Admission 2019

Don Bosco University offers BCA, Integrated BCA, BA and B. Com as UG programs. BA is offered in 4 specializations namely Psychology, Mass Communication, English, and Education. The admission procedure is based on the first-cum-first-basis. The minimum education qualification required passes in 12th (10+2) with at least 50% aggregate marks for B. General MBA and MBA in Human Resource, Finance, and Marketing are offered by the university for full-time to eligible Students. The minimum eligibility requirement for MBA is to be a graduate in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks. M.Tech is offered in four specializations viz. Computer Science, Electronics, Civil, Electrical, and Electronics. Each specialization has a total intake of 24 students.
