The University offers the five-year integrated program in MA Sanskrit. The course is run by School of Sanskrit Studies. Students must pass in 12th (10+2) examination in any stream or Prag Upadhi/ Sastri or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

Selection of the Students is done on the basis of marks obtained by the Students in last qualifying examination. The final selection is done through an interview to be organized at the time of admission.

The University organizes MA program in six specializations.

For MA courses, Students should have passed Majors/Honours degree in the concerned subject or BA General/Pass with the concerned specialisation as one of the main subjects. The minimum eligible marks required to apply is 40% in case of Majors/Honours degree and 45% marks in aggregate for B.A General/Pass degree.

Admission is done on the basis of merit in the last qualifying examination. Students are also required to appear in an interview at the time of admission.
